Q: Do you have a guard fitting a 1201-01-R2D2-C3PO with a 2-screw neck?
A: When you inquire about a particular guard please include the manufacturer's name, style, year (if known) and other important relative information for that piece. An 'OEM's' serial or catalog number is not enough information to answer your question.
Q: Do I need to send my guitar to you to build the guard I want?...this is scary!...
A: No, We never ask a client ship an instrument to us at any time for build-outs. Our purpose is to build what is asked, given parameters/information provided by client within materials and services we offer. (see customs)
Q: How long does it take to get my guard?
A: After verification of payment if an item is in stock will be shipped same/next day. if the item needs to be built for your order it will be shipped within 5 working days. You will always be notified by email or called if a contact only number is given.
Q: I have found the model and material I'd like to order but you show it unavailable at this time. What does this mean?
A: Before a particular model is released it under goes a very strict evaluation process. This process incorporates a great deal of time and effort to insure the finished product is up to expectation. When the model is released it will be stated next to that model's listing and you will be able to purchase from the 'Purchase/Buy' page.
Q: I have found the perfect guard, however can you make it without the pickup holes? I am changing over to a cleaner looking guitar.
A: Yes, and most times at no extra cost.
Q: Is your shipping always Free?
A: Yes, (within the continental U.S.)
Q: Can I get a sponsorship?
A: We would love to support every up and coming group/musician, but this would be impossible. We do however sponsor selected persons/groups if a condition warrants. You will need to contact us for further details.
Q: I have found the guard I want but don't see a picture of the material I want. Do you make it in......
A: Generally, all styles are available in all materials we offer. (diamond plate, carbon, acrylic, silver & gold texalium) We are always adding new photos to each model.
(Some models will not be offered in a metal format. Please check model description)
