Unconditional - Our unconditional money-back guarantee begins the day you purchase you're product. If for any reason, there is a question about you're product a replacement, or refund will be made at no cost. The sales receipt, or other document showing the purchased product will be required. In either case this verification shall be included with the item, and both sent back to manufacturer pre-paid postage. Buyer has 30days from shipment to use this option. The 30day unconditional is valid for the original purchaser only.
Lifetime Warranty - Our lifetime warranty is valid for the life of the product for it's original purchaser only. Should an item be re-sold the new owner should be made aware original factory warranty is no longer in effect. It is not the responsibility of the manufacturer to advise the new owner of these conditions.
CMK PickGuards warrants our guards against; Unusual chipping, cracking, discoloring, (expect cellulose nitrate) abnormal warping and disfunction.
Warranty does not cover; Normal cosmetic ware. This would include, but not limited to - scratches from fingernails, picks, strings, screws, cords, cases, tables, chairs, amps, vehicle transport, stages, dents,other peoples use and cigarette burns etc.
Warranty does not cover; Damage due to - acts of God, accident, abuse, negligence, theft, terrorism, modifications of/to any part of the product and damage from improper use and operation.
Currently, we will be using USPS 1st Class International rates. This rate will be $12.00 to all areas allowable. You're order will be checked for restrictions/variances before shipment. Notification will be made if there is special concern. These prices and shippers will change and improve as needed. CMK does not gain profit from these costs.
The above 'Flat Rate' does not include orders over 2 guards.
